Characteristics of depression: The Different Types And Their Effects


What is depression?

Depression is a disorder related to the body, mind and thoughts. It can influence and reduce your hunger, sleep or hinder your view. Unlike sadness or a sense of moral slump is not a condition that may cause or leave so easily.

People with this disease can not simply ask and feel good all at once. Usually treatment is a vital part of the recovery process

What about the different types of depression?

Yes, there are currently three primary types of depression, many of them are identified by their common symptoms. The features of depression may vary in each case. These are:

• Major Depression - This is the most serious type of mood disorder based on the number of signs and the severity of symptoms, is the most severe health disorder in this country.

• manic depression - This guy has been fluctuating between good and bad. It may also indicate a large number of symptoms in common with other depressions.

• Dysthymic Disorder - This is the lowest level of depression that lasts for two years or more. Although symptoms are not severe as major depression lasts longer and is difficult to cure. People with this disorder may develop severe depression at times of pressure.

What is major depression?

This is the most serious case of depression. The characteristics of depression found in this condition are serious and severe.

Many times it can be an effect of an event that happens in our lives or can develop gradually over several frustrations in life. Many people develop symptoms with no apparent problems in daily life.

Depression can occur once because of a major trauma, respond to healing and it happens again. This is what might be called an "episode of depression."
