Carrot Cake


Ingredients:



1 ½ cup chopped walnuts

1 ¼ cup oil

3 cups flour

3 eggs, beaten

2 cups sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla

3 cups grated carrots

1 tablespoon of carbonate

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 can or 1 cup of pineapple
