Travel and Best Practices for a good time

The opportunity to leave, to see or visit a place or make a schedule that allows us to show different places, we are excited, just because we want to leave the daily stress of work obligations, concerns and we're dreaming everyday have splendid days, with many surprises, meet people and make new friends, enjoy the time without any pressure to recreate our view much to see, experience new cultures, to delight the palate, well ... the expectation grows as they approach the time to take flight. Appealing to my significant experience of traveling and always willing to learn a new route, let me offer some practical recommendations that may well serve you, see:

-The first is to select a good travel agent to show seriousness and experience in the work you do, and better if you have referred a friend of the quality of their services.

- Do not forget to always safeguard your personal documents to take with you and leave a photocopy of the same at home.

- You should take only the money necessary (in physics) has your cards for you to use whenever you need it.

- Wear comfortable, loose during the trip.

- Do not forget to inquire about the climate of places to visit, so that the clothing you wear is appropriate, the important thing is to think of a lot but that is combined, light.

- Take your medication, if you have (as) indicated. If necessary, see your doctor for recommendations.

- It is important to always carry a first aid medication such as bandages, alcohol, tape, a soothing headaches apparatus, etc.)

- You must have at hand a book or small notebook with mobile only more urgent.

- Avoid fat intake during the trip, can cause you an upset stomach.

- If you want you can bring some gifts for friends and new people do not have to be expensive (for playing cards, pens, key chains, bookmarks, or others).

All referral and other provisions of each traveler are useful and very necessary, but nothing more important to maintain a good motivation for enjoyment throughout the trip. This means that we are able to adapt to new circumstances that we get to live, to foster an atmosphere of friendliness, tolerance and solidarity among our fellow travelers and with whom we get to share.

Obviously a dose of humor is key to generating joy and smiles, laughter makes us remember that a huge physical and spiritual welfare. On the other hand and in spite of all the good will so that the trip runs smoothly, there may be some times not friendly, a bit annoying (late departures or arrivals of aircraft, some flaw in the car, some difficulty in the hotel, shop or restaurant, etc.) in these cases, you stay calm, manage with serenity, understanding the emotions of those around us. Do not forget that a positive attitude and low in anxiety will be the key to a fascinating journey. Somehow we talked about what scholars of human behavior call it emotional intelligence as a capacity to accompany us in our lives and in this case in our travels for this is always a refreshing experience, enjoyable, refreshing and we filled with much excitement, hope and expectation to the next meeting.

See you on the next trip!

From this place of the magical mist.
