Definition and nature of advertising


We define advertising as a paid personal communication, promotion of ideas, goods or services carried out by a promoter named.

The first feature of advertising is to be communication. Hence there is a transmitter, a message, a Middle and some receivers. The ad tries to convey a message using different media.

Paid advertising is communication. If a newspaper speaks of our company in an article is not about advertising. If the newspaper in a story or article we will quote because our company has created a story.

Differentiate the work of public relations that is published. One of the typical activities of public relations is to get our company to appear in the media and appear in a positive way. A work of the Public Relations Department is to send press releases and information relevant to newspapers, radio and television about our organization.
