Proactive Teachers colleges require

National universities are public and private serious crisis facing towards the achievement of educational excellence, there are many reasons that have led to this situation that is, from programs that does not conform to the reality of the knowledge that the time this application, since Some races have not restructured their professional profile, especially in socio-economic sciences, engineering, remaining still stuck in the past, lack of authority whose role is more figurative than proactive, budgets do not match their performance, decoupling of the university to national problems, inadequate infrastructure, lack of research and dissemination and of course, the topic that interests us, lack of teachers innovative, creative, proactive.

The universities require teachers who can encourage its participants, stimuli capable of giving way to these generate new knowledge that allows them to perform well according to economic scenarios features, technical, require

It takes intellectually capable teachers with liberal education, with critical awareness to enable you to take a stand and face the reality, ready to bring about change, transformation and collaborate with a high training, supported academic excellence, knowledge-generating results that benefit everyone involved.

Require universities to be more objective in the selection of teachers, where it included, in addition to their academic endorsements, knowledge, experience, skills, communication skills, motivation, in order to generate transformations that give way to a new learning that involves the participant to make good use of their talent, their creativity, innovation, and to manifest abilities, skills that generate new knowledge.

It requires a new teaching methodology that allows to use all the tools eficientementemente modern knowledge society presents an appropriate use of information technology and media.

The teacher must identify with the scope, impact generated virtual classrooms, online courses, participatory workshops, panel discussion, brainstorming, all that opening to make way to use the full potential of each participant brings.

They need teachers who not only take care of transmitting knowledge, but to activate the dialogue with its members encouraging them to research, exchange of ideas that lead to really assess the applicability of the knowledge on national issues in where this involved, all to help with solutions, suggestions, proposals to resolve the situation.

Universities can not continue to recruit teachers without academic endorsements, product of friendship, political commitment, family, but must give way to a new generation capable of generating the changes this academic demands and they are many.

Proactive teachers must be fully identified with the research, make use of it, encourage participants to also use it, be involved in the national reality.

Must publish their research, books, anything that benefits them as well as participants, university, showing that there are academic excellence, as well as seminars, lectures, conferences where his role to express their knowledge, findings yvincule community more college with their environment.

Should universities through their authorities and trade unions, ensure regular pay just the teacher, looking for ways to enable fairly reward teacher performance, recognition for the work that lead to achievement of academic excellence, honors those who produce changes that promote scholarship, which project to the university with public outcomes that are recognized by the community, the country.
